Very cool, loving the infographics! I don't have quite the sensor array you have, but it is great inspiration to take more in-depth notes.

Thank you, my sensors tend to be low-tech and mostly affordable. A couple of them were just not needed.

(1) PPFD/DLI: Photone App for iPhones (About $5 for the Upgrade)

(2) Room Avg Temp / RH%: Govee App and Sensor

(3) Leaf Temperature: Originally bought for smoking meats - works great for leaves

(4) VPD: Come from entering data onto the Pulse website calculator and graph

I keep this VPD Tool "Pinned" in my browser. It's a tool from the folks at Pulse.

Before checking it out, make sure to note it is a 2-part tool.

In Part 1, you put in your tent temp, RH%, and leaf temp. It gives you VPD for the room and leaf. Then you go to Part 2 (tabs are at bottom of the page - See Red Arrows).

In Part 2, you have 3 fields at the top of the page. The last one to fill in is simple math. For instance, if the leaf is 74ºF and the room is 75ºF you would put -1. If the leaf was 74 and the room 73, then you would put 1 in the field. Once you enter this you will see the graph shift to match your conditions. Make sure you fill in the blank for Veg or Flower (See Blue Circle and Arrow).

Click HERE: for Pulse Google Sheet VPD Tool

I've included screenshots below of Both Pages:

(5) Tank E.C. & pH: Now this is where I spent some change on my Apera meter ($132 USD)

(6) mB Soil Moisture Meters: These were also pricey at around $70 x 2.
These are not necessary at all. But, I have them now so I use them.

Day 58 -- Random Stuff

Quote of the Day: "Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow knows!"

I chose this quote ... because I now realize the evil that lurks in my trimming hands. I did it again. I went after the O.G. Kush with a vengeance. I think super bushy plants bring out the worse in my OCD.

Day 62 - Stats - Notes
Pretty quiet day. I stayed clear of any pruning shears ... OGK still shakes a little when I am in the tent.

  1. I added nutes yesterday. Same routine as before.
  2. The Rez is barely drifting at all right now.
  3. I do need to get the VPD back into the excellent column.
