Very nice looking buds, sounds like one tasty cross you have goin! im a big fan of cotton candy and CC hybrids, always comes out with a nice flavor. looking forward to seeing these plants finished out.

Great to hear all the positive feedback especially from some of the veteran growers. I'm very pleased with this first grow of mine and will update you in a week or so with some new pics. I'm thinking the Pride and Joy looks like it'll be ready for harvest on June 20th as planned. I'll probably give the mutant another 5 days to a week as she has far less red hairs right now and will take a bit longer to mature. As for the midget it really hasn't done much at all to show. I'll probably get 3.5 g's off it or something but oh well, a half quarter of primo is still a half quarter of primo. Once again thanks to everyone who's been following my grow I appreciate the support and knowledge I have gained from each of you. (Not just on this thread but from watching your grows)

PS in case you were wondering about that very tall plant which I had started in a PC case, I had to give it away. It's height (well over 3 feet) made it impossible for me to put it anywhere except my closet which for me is very heat. When I handed it over to my friend with a tear in my eye it was about a month into flowering. I can only hope he treats it with as much care as I have. I'll try to get a final picture of it if I can.

Mutant VS P&J - Which would you choose? Mutant has a deadly scent that can be sniffed from anywhere in the proximity while the P&J has the sweet cotton candy/fruity smell I had expected.


Alright thats all for today but I'll be back before harvest with more..

By the way I found out that infact the strain is Cotton Candy despite a previous post where I claimed it was not. Basically just confusion on my part but oh well.

You will get to 50 posts before you know it. I put 20 or so on every week lately, with everyones great grows going on. Wow those plants have grown up, I guess for your next grow you will be looking for a bigger space and light, for a bigger haul of course. V nice little grow, well done

Hi everyone just thought I'd tell you all that last nite I harvested the mutant. I'll post pictures of her buds the next photo update I do. Now I have five lights dedicated to the Pride and Joy for the last of her days. The Mutant had some nice popcorn going which I through in a woven stashbox (lots of air circulation through it) and the top bud is hanging majesticaly from my towel rack.

thought I'd add a pic of the popcorn buds, there's 8 in there. Some are still on the stem while some I snipped off. I won't add a pic of the top bud yet because it's hiding behind it's trim leaves(for light protection) and you can't fully enjoy it. You'll see it before it goes into curing though.


PS don't be fooled I have very large hands and that's a large stash box!

Hi everyone sorry I never finished this diary properly
I ended up smoking all the bud real fast
It was the best I've ever smoked, and if you ask any of my friends they'll probably agree
Such great flavour and such a great high
Anyway I got my old camera working again and found some old bud pics of a tiny bit of the first plant I harvested so I thought I'd post them
