I'll start it off with a favorite. These are 50/50 burgers.

Beef ribs, Asian flair. Dry rub w S&P and build bark, wrapped up with wet (soy, worcestershire, miso, garlic, parsey)

I forgot my manners in my quick first response. Thank you for your reaction! They weren't super hard to make, but damn good to eat.

They were amazing, wife has asked several times to make them again, however they are a labor of love and do take way more time then a regular ol bacon cheese burger. I agree 100%, a good coal/mesquite or smoked meat is way better then a gas grill can ever do, lol probably the reason I've never owned a gas grill. When we have 80° Christmas' it's always grilling season here.

Ok I showed off the red meat, lets move into the sea now. I had a wonderful weekend with my family and my parents at the island. Grandkids got to hang with Gma and Poppa, while I got to go fishing. Got lucky and pulled a nice yellowtail and made the fam some fresh sushi, sashimi, and seared YT. Dig in!!

No problem. I got some ground pork sausage and some ground beef im gonna mix and put on the grill soon i think. Today i bought some Angus Tbone, Ribeye and bacon wrapped prime sirloin im gonna grill soon. Nice looking sashimi!

Sorry man.i forgot to take pics before I ate it.i do have pics of yesterday's steak I grilled and I got a nice ribeye I'm dry brining for tommorow and some pork steaks.the smaller 2 are prime sirloin wrapped in bacon
