Fireknot farm 2016

My fingers were sticky yesterday but it's because I went in the GH yesterday and saw colas buckling under their own weight so green tape came out. Metal cage and one wrap didn't do it

True... I guess if you see a group of sticky hands compared to the one sticky handed stoic dude then you know to ask them what variety it is

I already chopped 5 full plants. My pots were too small, and triggered early. Maybe the same with the boys with sticky fingers?

I suppose that could be the case, but I bet eight times outta ten, they jumped the gun.

Myself and a two friends grow the same identical strain (taken from the same exact mother). I'm not chopping for another week. They started late Sep. Theirs are in big holes also and its obvious they could use more time. These guys often panic if rain is on the forecast so I'd assume that had something to do with the early chop. Mine have been getting soaked for two days now.

Happy croptober ya'll! My house REEKS OF KUSH!!! Smallest Sky Lotus got chopped. A little early but passable. Got a fan and an inline fan running and I covered the window.

I got those sticky icky hash hands and I aint gonna rub it off with oil and salt. Gonna make some butter with the smalls and maybe get a good night sleep tonight.

Survived the first storm. I dont feel good about letting them go to bed wet but there's nothing I can do about it. I see some people got hit with hail on IG.

Have you ever tried harvesting just the tops and letting everything else mature? I feel it makes a huge difference... especially on bushy plants...

I am working with GCG from Michigan. He laughs at us cali guys that worry about a little rain.

I find about 3 days of extreme RH or rain is when I start to worry unless the plant already had issues.

personally I would think that a leaf blower would push the moisture further into the buds, wouldn't a quick shake of the main stem knock off a lot of the standing water?

Blowers are cool if you have one / can afford one.

Shaking ALL of my plants...every branch...no way in hell thats happening...especially with this pulled shoulder I just woke up with. I havent moved in 2 hours and had some bhang in my coffee.

Im going to try moving around now see how far I get with that

Soaking that shoulder in a hot bath would work. Or a hot water bottle.....

Storm passed through here from 10am till about 6pm, with the later hours being the worst. Hail, extreme winds, and drenching rain. Tons of thunder and lightning.

Not a drop since. Plants help up pretty well. A few leaning tops and a big plant on a ledge is leaning downhill.

So much wind last night, I just checked and all the plants are dry. Hoping no more rain till Halloween please. Lol

Yeah, grazing around on IG this morning it looks like hail gifted the area with its presence. Peace, love, and strong branches to everyone :comfort:

Nice, seems like it rained last night here everythings wet, not much wind but thunderstorms were sweet. I got a frozen sweet potato lodged in my hoodie.
