Americans invented the American Dream. We spaniards invented de Spanish Siesta, not so far fetched but much easier to achieve. We have lunch after 2pm, and then to the sofa. If the tv or radio are on, noises in the kitchen, traffic, it doesn't matter. The trick is not entering into REM phase, so you hold a biro with your fingers, and when it falls, end of siesta. You wake up fresh as a cucumber. 20 minutes tops. Good for all ages. Scientifically proven. Should be a UN and WHO mandate.
