Fertilizers from ...Beyond

Hello all Organic Nuts

While watching the tube very early this morning I picked up the end of a show called Beyond on the Space chanel.
The particular segment I zapped to was discussing organic fertilizers and showing some amazing side by side comparisons, like really amazing.

Here is the thing, both these owners practice meditation and apparently they have a "spirit: that talks to them.
What does the spirit tell them, recipies for organic fertilizer and pesticides.

I shit you not.

Well at first I laughed but he briefly got into the specifics and he mentioned ingredients we all know and have seen used in the forum.
He doesn't disclose the ingredients or the mixing or the proportions but there has been research on the product and they are OMRI certifed so there are no mystery ingredients.

So far I believe they have a fertilizer, an insecticide you could drink, mosquito repellant that locals buy for their babies with no ill effect and I'm sure there are more, the show focused on the "beyond" nature of the couples work.

As a concerned grower I sit down this morning after the show and Google them and they are out of Saskatchewan, I will be calling them this afternoon or shortly to see if I can get my hands on some of this stuff because they are NOT online.

They go on to say that they believe that this spirit tells them these things so that we can benefit the earth, the husband was paticularly convincing and had extensive knowledge on common greenhouse practices but no formal chemistry training, most of these are mixed with a blender lol.

So what do you guys think about all this?
Do you believe spirits can brew good ferts?
Are any of you willing to give it a try and live near Saskatchewan?

Hey JK,

if you had seen the interview these where common folks, they believed what they where saying.
That makes them either crazy or connected to the spirit world.

Seriously peeps I think it's pretty funny, but something tells me if and when I buy some they will be good.

The wife seemed to have the best "connection", she mentioned that the spirit would provide specifics like how to get yeast dissolved with little gas, when they encoutered a mixing problem the guide would provide an answer every time.

They mentioned a fungicide and an herbicide as well.

i'm gonna be taking a road trip to alberta, saskatchewan is on the way. so i'm gonna see if the store is not to out of the way to edmonton, and if so i'm gonna go check it out...

Hey guys,

I posted this for shits and giggles, not because I take it seriously.
I agree that there is a certain randomness to just about any finding, dropping a beer on a plant by mistake and it turning out bigger, shit like that.

What I am really skeptical about is there insecticide, he says he sprayed it on a variety of species and they drop dead within a day, not even neem oil does that, and approved organic, dead in 24hrs?

Like I said I'm very sketchy on the whole thing but I think crazier squirrels have been right and hell if it works then maybe that says something about the crazy people lol.

I think I've spent more money on snake juice than anyone I know and there are very few products that gained my respect as a grower for delivering on what they claim.
I think another few bucks in the pot to test an insecticide might be well worth finding an organic one that is highly effective.

I have nor the time nor the funds to contact them this week but soon I am getting tired of seing mosquitos all over in the spring.

They just finished praying for rain in Atlanta and it did, so, even though I don't, prayer may help. I would go on and turn this into an anti religion rant because I know the difference between Intelligent Design and Darwinism. It's all in the theory.
