This is just what the government need. Good reason for smokers to avoid the black market, and buy the regulated products on offer. The tax bringing products that don't line the pockets of shady characters. If we are to believe this is true.

Similar story in the UK. Soon as the students went back, we had stories of date rape like injections, administered in clubs, up and down the country. Good reason to not pack into dance venues wall to wall. Think covid.
Nobody is likely to find injecting someone easier than dropping a pill in a drink. Certainly not someone in so many cities. While there were no reports of pill based crimes.
