Female seeds C99, Green Giant x C99, and GHS Chemdog Grow

Hello, first time posting here, havent used one of these boards since overgrow. Anyway like the post says im going to be working with Female seeds C99, a few Green giant x C99, and GHS Chemdog. The c99 and chemdog are already in 6 inch net cups in a 5gal home made dwc, about a week and a half into veg. After i started these i went threw my old stuff and found 4 seeds of Green giant x c99, they are 4 seeds a friend gave me back in 2007 after he made f2s from the giant cindys he had. I havent seen anything about green giant or any of there crosses in awhile so itll be interesting. Hopefully i get atleast 1 female and male to make some f3s or something. I have the 4 giant cindy seeds in a towel cracking. One cracked so far but its only been 24 hours. I also found about 12 Giant Cindy x Cheese so i may run those if the others dont work out. Im going to be running T5s for veg and a 600w hps for flower. Going to take clones from each plant and put em in 4 dwc 4 cup bins, and running 3 part fox farm nutes and some supplements as needed. Im going to get pictures up this weekend. Stay tuned for hopefully some beautiful plants.:thank you:

Also i had a question, im running a standup A/C unit in the room, its a LG LP1111wxr stand up unit. I have it set to 75 degrees, but it doesnt turn off when it gets to 75 or below. It will just keep running all day long even if its at 69 degrees in the room. So my question is, does anyone know if there is something i could get that i could plug it into, almost like a timer, that will turn it on if it gets above 75 and off once it reaches 75. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

is it just the fan running on it, or is the compressor running all the time too?

The compressor is running basically constantly, itll turn off for acouple minutes here and there at random it seems on energy saver mode. The 5gal bucket that im using to collect the water has to be emptied atleast twice a day. It seems to turn off and on, on a few minute interval and it never relates to what the temp is or isnt. Its very strange.

Here is a pic of C99 in the dwc bucket as of last night, they seem to be growing pretty slowly. The popped from there seeds almost 3 weeks ago.

And here is a pic of the Chemdog,

There seems to be a bit of twisting on the leaves. I dont think its anything to worry about at the moment.

Ya its almost at the month mark today, i checked em and they are getting alittle bigger. I pulled the water level down alittle bit because i think that they might be getting alittle too much water. They arent drooping or anything but i think if i lower the water level it should promote some root growth. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, ill have more pics up in a day or so. Thanks.

You can definatly tell the difference in the 2, the chemdog being more indica and the cindy being more sativa . Any suggestions would be great, its been 5 weeks now since i popped these seeds and to me, they seem small for being 5 weeks old. But they do look healthy though.

Northern tool has a very useful thermostat that can be wired both ways. Look for heat/cool thermostat, around $30. How noisy is your stand up AC?

The AC is actually really quite, i couldnt ask for a better AC. Ive actually got it working correctly, i found out the problem was that we had it set too low, so the exhaust was cranking out hot air but the exhaust pipe was giving off like a conductive heat. In turn reheating the room. So i boosted it up to 78 and it maintains at 78 perfectly.

Also some quick pictures

These where taking just after a foliar feeding, thats why they look a bit wet and droopy. They are though getting a little spaced out i think im gonna have to lower the lights on em.

Was curious if anyones ever tried Cindy 99 from Trichome Jungle? They are supposedly F3s, cant find any reports or grows anywhere though.

I have a standup AC unit I have not set up so far. I should set it up instead of ducking the summer heat and going without for a month.

It works awesome aslong as you have a good way to exhaust the hot air out. I was thinking about wrapping the exhaust ducting in insulation aswell cause the hose itself gets pretty hot and gives off some conductive heat.

Alright so ive got a few pics to show, i think theres alittle trouble. The leaves are kinda weird looking and feel kinda delicate.
