A metal concert, right before one of my favorite bands comes out to play. The first time I ever smelled weed was at an Ozzy concert when I was 15. I didn't try it that night, but since then the smell of a joint has always reminded me of being out at a concert.
Legal weed events like Hempcon or the Cannabis Cup are fun too.
It's fun being high in public at an event where everyone is a stoner. Everyone there is either high or thinking about getting high soon.

I like to have my little alone time with my high but I also enjoy going to see some friends every now and then, smoke some doobs while shooting the shit
As for places, well, out in the mountains, woods, or on the beach is nice but it takes time to get to a really nice place, altough we have a lot of parks here.
I try to stay away from smoking Where there is a lot of people, makes me paranoid.
I do remember in college, there was our group of stoners always at the same bench, it was cold wintertime, a lot of us had moroccan hash at the time, and wed be drinking coffee and smoking hash spliffs during the breaks.
The cold winter, hot coffee and delicious hash went really well together.
I will smoke a spliff usually outside before work and after work.
Smoke some weed, do some stretching exercices, drink some tea, watch some tv.

Safe at my quiet countryside home with my doggie and lovely wife.
But my absolute favorite thing to do is go to different countries, preferably with vastly different cultures, get up early in the morning, get baked, and wander around watching all the strange morning routines and chatting/miming conversation with locals over coffee. Vietnam is fun for this - lots of elderly people waving swords around in parks and cheery farmers. .... damnit I miss Asia.

Lots of cool ideas
Definately outdoors, in nature. I enjoy a secluded forest, or mountain side with view, or just a nice hike. Also love sitting on the beach stoned, sipping a cold beer, and just watching the waves, and ppl watching.

Out in nature is a given (by the ocean or in the woods). But my favorite personal spot is out on my back deck in the summer, with my dog by my feet. Then I might take a stroll over towards the veg garden.
