The trouble with digital cameras is that they dont get nearly the same range of tones or colours that a film camera will. I find that digital cameras can end up looking more like paintings than photographs.

Can't go wrong with color 35 mm slides, but developing them by hand is such a pain in the ass.

I have a canon dslr with 5 lenses one macro in the next year will be getting a 1-5x macro lens for my insect photography.

My favorite camera is my DSLR. It's a Sony Alpha 300. I have a couple lenses for it. I find it quite pimp.

Here's a couple shots i took with a 100mm macro.

And a couple ones i did with my 75mm - 300mm

Obviously they look better in higher rez, but keeping to the rules of the upload system here.

Its a great camera and if your looking for a inexpensive DSLR, then I would highly recommend.

1 GB was like 5 dollars.

Oh? I could use another.. I had a really hard time filling up an 8 Gig in Amsterdam with pictures and video!

But it's handy to have several to keep organized with.. Family on one Grow pics on another..

Wanna PM me with the addy of that cheep 4 gig?

I understand the 32 Gig's are on the way.. Geeze.. i may start shooting in larger than 1 meg..

LOL I do like that Sony.. I was telling my step son last night that i will buy another camera but i will be keeping this one.

I like that close up of the fly and Bee. I'd like to shoot bud with that camera and lens.

I have Canon G-10 camera and i am using it. It is very good to use all time and it is take very clear photo of any type of picture. I can take photo in zoom and it's cleanness is very good. All photos are look very natural of this camera. All function are works very good. I never use any other camera because it is give best result.

I love Sony Camera so much as they have many unique features which can impress anyone like great zooming function and face recolonization function and smile detection.
