It's been some time since I've done anything with this thread, but due to (apparent) popular demand, I'm going to give a full accounting of my girl and her current status.
I've been unable to do anything since I chopped this girl, so I successfully re-vegged her, and began cloning her without mercy. Rockwool and Olivia's work quite well for her, and the clones root aggressively. I passed out cuttings to a few trusted friends, and those are now in various stages of development (Hopefully I can get my hands on a few of these pics). The mom is now with me once again, short and bushy, and waiting to be cloned yet again.
Now the good news: I'm FINALLY able to grow inside my own place for the first time in six years! I signed a lease earlier this month, and I've got a room off my bedroom (2 BR apartment on top fl. of 3 fl. brick building) that I can only get to through a window. It's completely sealed off from any other entrance, has two windows to the outside, and is begging for a few thousand watts. So now it's time to start gathering all my gear that's been in use elsewhere, and start building my little slice o' heaven.....
I'll be starting a separate grow thread within the next two weeks....there are some clones of this girl, as well as others from my other mom, a delightful Sensi Super Skunk.
I've decided to bestow a proper name upon my mystery girl: Snow Angel. She came from nowhere, and is a frosty blessing for those who get to know her.
Thanks again to everyone for all the love, and I'm excited to get this show on the road!
It's certainly got the frost factor and quick finish of Bogglegum (a strain I did three rounds with and one of my all-time favorites). The stone, however, is NOTHING like Bogglegum. I wouldn't dream of waking and baking with this, yet Boggle was my favorite way to wake up. It's odd how euphoric and electric of a high it was for being so indica-dominant.....
great job on the bagseed!! That goes to show that bagseed can be some bomb...especially when grown right...as you have demonstrated...nice work! I'll be looking for your next show....
Well, I've been able to get to a friend's place where some Snow Angel clones have been growing under some fluoros (SWC/PureBlendPro). The buds aren't very big, but what's there is VERY nice. These girls are at Day 39. See for yourselves! (I apologize for any CAT HAIR on the buds....you know how cats and grow ops are....)
And finally, the long-awaited macros of Snow Angel! Enjoy!
She's a very hardy girl, and has resisted the urge to grow 'nanners during times of moderate stress. She eats well and is pretty pest-resistant. We had a little problem with mites, but some neem oil early in veg seems to have knocked them out. Oh, and we kept them by the shower for a few days to get the RH up....that seems to have done the trick!
Thanks to all for stopping by, and I hope you continue to enjoy the show!
