Has'nt really developed a smell yet Chronis. But its starting to stack on the hairs. I'm impressed with its internodal spacing. The next update will really show the difference from before.

I can just see it now Gordy, after harvest sit back in my rocking chair wittle me a lil stick and club me some seals. Oooh Yah!

Hmmm I been offered some Beans from a "G" in the Forum blatent. I think I can remember someone telling me that there is no Bean available of a true TW IE only clone!

What is the score on this and can someone please give some reliable detailed info on this strain! :abduct:

So looking very good man and waiting for this bitch smoke report...

Yah thats true. The Wreck is a clone only strain.....at first. But with people these days selfing and reversing sex on clone only strains its possible now. I dont know how if at all they hold true to their lineage or phenotype. Plus I read on one of these sites that the beans take a rediculous time to finish compared to the Clone. Its Sativa Dominant but I'm not sure on its true lineage. I have a quick finisher here so this must have been crossed with something. Either way its fun to grow. With the tight spacing I may use this into a cross with a stretchy Sativa like Haze.

The one I have is the clone only but there are selfed seeds out there on C-Bay and Meduser.ca although some are crosses

Here is the skinny on the strain

Trainwreck

A brain thumping, Sativa, soaring high. Comes on strong as a freight train, finishes in the typical ultra-heady Sativa manner! Very medicinal. People become hooked on it like a hard drug. Old school California taste. Dense rock hard nuggets. Next to no leaf .Light green with small calyxes. Thin stem, small buds. Legend has it it was started in the early 80’s by a couple of brothers in San Diego. Mexican X Columbian, with a hint of Afghani.
After 10 or 12 years, somehow a clone was let out, and the madness has started. It has thrived and been mastered in Humboldt County for 12-14 years.
This is unbelievable pot. (90% Sativa / 10% Indica)

It really doesn't start to smell that awesome until after a week or so in the jars and then it's like vics metholadum or something.

Thanks Tex this ones for you!

By the way when did you pull yours? Smells like medicine huh? Interesting.

Good medicine at that. Now after 6 weeks or so in the jar, it smells friggin like killer KOOL menthal sigs.

I actually pulled mine at 53-54 days against recommendations to pull earlier. I think that I will always run mine at least that long in the future. I'm not looking so much for that speedy, brain scramble sativa effect. I like the brain scrambling, body numbing effect of the later harvest. But I guess technically you could take it at around 45 days and still be fine.

Here we go Week 3 and another Update. This plant is amazing! Its only on week three and it already has Colas forming. This thing is about a week or two ahead of anything I've grown so far. Quick to form. I think I smell that odor you were reffering to Tex. Kinda medicinal. Now lets see some pics!

Looking good eh? See you next week!

Well sorry for the delay, I was in the process of moving the last couple of weeks, so I was'nt able to keep up with the updates. But now all is in order and we have ourselves and Porno shoot to display. This is the 5th week of flowering for this budding beauty. She is putting on the weight and the crystals. I dont tie up the main stalks, but it looks like its a must in the last weeks. She barley can hold herself upright. In about two weeks maybe sooner she'll get the chop. But till then...Pictures!

Lookin killer B

I chopped mine at 53 or 54 days and it was killer. 45-50 days is supposed to be the trippy sativa effect and longer than that it gets more couchlocky

Two Questions

Two Questions

Hey Blatant,

Following this thread to try to duplicate your amazing growing feat. Remember I'm still working with my FIRST indoor crop (still far from done), so it brought to mind a couple questions after reading all those fuckin' posts from so many growers.

First off, I've read a few posts about "flushing" a flowered plant, with water only, for the last two weeks of it's life, AND to keep it in darkness for the final two weeks, also. I can understand the flushing process reducing the added nutrient chemicals (a little) to help it taste "cleaner and more like it should". Darkness technique doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense to me, though. Are you gonna use flushing and/or darkness a week or two before you chop this beauty?

The second is actually a veg / flowering question about your nutrients. First of all WHICH ONES YOU USED, but also how you applied them. Along with some added ferts in the potting soil: Did you only add liquid nutes from the botom, by filling the drain dish, or also pour some on the topsoil, and . . . what do you (or other weed wizards reading this) think about MISTING the vegging and flowering plant with nutes from a spray bottle on a regular basis? Maybe mist with water only if doing the flushing thing?
