I was under the impression that your 12 plant limit was due to that being the law in Lake County. Since that has changed, I just assumed your policy would change to reflect the current legal status.

I guess I don't see it as "poking the weasel". I see it as my right to carry my clones. I for one don't plan to mould my life around the thoughts and actions of people who are wrong, be they law enforcement or not. Get up, stand up.. right?

With it being so new (and still quazi legal federally) I understand not wanting to be the first example. What they do at GKG works and to change the set up would not be in their, or ours as patients' interests. I would hate to drive 4+ hours to get a single cut to mother out to only find out a person living 5 mins away bought everything they had because there were no limits. Bad example, but hopefully you can somewhat understand what I'm getting at.

I don't think the recent ruling has really changed the minds of l.e. here in Lake County. Its still up to their discretion whether they want to hassle you or not and why poke the weasel? We don't want anyone to have issues.

That's the right move.

As for the limit.. I believe marijuana is the tree of life and the most valuable medicine on our planet..I am so fortunate to be provided the opportunity to be in this position and able to share the best medicine with people who cant afford to buy it and with those who can. We have worked to provide the best selection of proven clones. I am not so silly to assume that law enforcement here in lake county has read the ruling and thrown the limits out the window as it is now somewhat up to their discretion whether they feel it is an excessive amount... (more cloudiness) We are reasonable on our numbers and if you have a recommendation for a higher number we are happy to provide them. We've had a recommendation for 90 to 300 for one patient. There is no advantage in poking the weasel.. (Bring more recommendations and outsmart the weasel) I don't want to be responsible for someone being pulled over and being hassled or going to jail. I'm not trying to sell 100 plants to every patient. Its about the medicine.
YES GET UP! STAND UP! Register to vote and make your voice be heard where it really counts! Being pulled over and getting hassled for being over the limit isn't going to be heard by anyone and only brings you grief.
And our friend prophet.. you know you can call and reserve anything on the menu so it will for sure be here after that long drive as can any of our members.
Hopefully rulings will come down that provide us with better clarity and definition.

i'm not crazy about bubba or most purps, so i let burkle go
and purple monkey balls was a leafy monster and i needed some room in veg.
bandit had both of those cuts, but he's MIA.

Thanks for the clarification rowdy.

For the record I wasn't advocating selling mass clones to every patient, or any patient for that matter. But if someone has a rec for 20 or 30 plants and lives several hours away, it'd be nice to only have to make one trip, especially since they would be well within their legal rights to carry said plants. But it sounds like that won't be a problem, which is great.

And if anybody is interested I dropped off NYCD F2s(New York City Diesel from Soma) seeds at GKG a while back not sure how many packs are left, but so far I've had 100% germ rates. I'm not sure if I can put here how much I want for them, but the are inexpensive to say the least.
