wow, sorry to hear about the upcoming proposed ban on collectives and dispensaries. I have got your guys back and will still be in may 9th to enjoy the benefits of one of the finest medical establishments in the business.

Ya, I just heard the news myself from Rowdy. I was down there for a little bit and heard the news. I hope everything turns out for the better. I don't know what their deal is. They are getting taxes from them. I hope and wish the best for Good Karma and it's staff.

This was my second visit and I got to say. I really like this place. I normally don't stay long, but this place is nice. Boy, once I walked in after getting checked in. Man, there was a boat load of clones. They had me sorted out also. Got the Mendo Purps and Blue Dream like I was after. This was a big deal for me. Since they are going to a very special friend that doesn't have access to them.

I was super stoked and very happy. Very nice drive today. Enjoyed my 3 hour drive and wish I had more time to spend there. I'm going to throw one of each of these cuts into flower with my other cuts and will post some pictures once they start filling.

Again, thanks for the cuts Rowdy. Thanks for having a super nice staff and a cute place. There was a women there that packed my clones in the box i brought. Man, she's super fast. Before I knew it. My clones where already boxed up. Was talking with rowdy and BAMN! I look down and they are boxed up. lolol Thanks to the very nice lady.

Well, I'm hoping the best. I would hate to see this place close. I really enjoy this place and hope things can be worked out with county and city regs. Take care and thanks again. Enjoy the gift.

I believe you 100%. I'm pulling for you and all the others. It would be a bad thing if they closed everyone down. I don't see what their deal is. You got all my good vibes and karma coming your way. I'm hoping for the best. I might have to swing by for that meeting. I'll have to check my dates.

Hey Rowdy I just poured over the AG's guidelines because I am concerned about out of county patients since you mentioned this, and it seems that the particular rule their only applies to caregivers(, and not collectives.
(People ex rel. Lungren
v. Peron (1997) 59 Cal.App.4th 1383, 1390, 1400.) A person may serve as primary
caregiver to “more than one” patient, provided that the patients and caregiver all reside in
the same city or county. (§ 11362.7(d)(2).)

Tomorrow night I have a meeting with my legal counsel (an attorney who works at the AG's office) and I will forward this question to her and let you know what she says.

Yo all Ill be heading down tomorrow to the market and hopefully a round of Disc golf. I'll be bringing down some ladies for the market. I will have Green Crack, Bubba Kush and Williams Wonder x Kush from Rez seeds. The WWxK is untested but from what I have heard it should be a monster. Looking forward to hanging out with the great people and fine meds. See ya all tomorrow.

I understand the problem there now with out of county patients. Good luck on the upcoming meeting, hope all goes well. Hate to see your doors closed to those in need! Some good karma will prevail.

I am a member but haven't been there in a while (5 or 6 months). I am also from 'out of county'. My county has no collectives... Is that gonna be a prob next time I show up?

Just wanted to say thanks for the great day out in Clearlake. Met some fantasic people and got some great genes. Once again a beautiful Northern California day. Ja loves California!!!

You will be welcome.. we are really trying to resolve some of the issues by joining with most other affected clubs.
Please help support all of our rights by calling Lake County's Board of Supervisors.
