Hey -- I found a rheostat that has separate day and night setpoints for ya.

I need something that will be running 24/7 , so i dont get smell leaking out my passive intake


if not i could put ducting with dampers so no air leaks out when the fan is off


im pretty unsure at this point and need some direction

I am under the impression from the gentleman who recommended it that the controller runs the fan 24/7, it just varies the speed of the fan to maintain the set temp, and you can set a different temp for day and night. You could call and check with BGH on that, though.

easy thing is two fan/filter combos with backflow preventers, either exhaust separately or into a wye. one is on 24h/365d the other on just when lights go on.
