How do you do it? Have you done it? I'm not sure I should even try.

How many years do you have in so far?

26 so far. When you find the right one it's easy. Not saying it isn't trying at times. Flat out piss you the fuck off at times. But more good times than not.
Still, looking doesn't mean you have to order off the menu.

My Lady and I will be married 19 years on 11/17. We met on Haight street in SF when I was selling acid.

As Resin said there are times u will be at each and other pissed off, but if its for real those days are a small drop in the bucket.

I absolutely couldn't imagine any other way of life at this point. Truly loving it.

13.5 years for us. She asked me to marry her on the day after our first date. She needed a green card but it all worked out in the end. Growing up a bit more, forgive and forget and learning to let the little things go too has helped me personally.

35 years in one more week. We made a decision many years ago to curb our tongues during our 'disagreements'. Once the words are uttered there's no taking that sound back. "I'm sorry" does not erase the words. Be nice to each other.

:D

Just shy of 30 yrs married. She's my best friend, mother of our kids & the kindest, most thoughtful person I know. I am a better man for being with her. She, on the other hand, has questionable taste in men

My wife and I have been together for 14 years, married 7 of those. She had plenty of time to fully understand what she was getting into lol. She is everything to me, I could not have found a better match. Like someone above said, I can count our agruments on one hand. She makes me a better person and I hate being away from her very long. When you find that person, marriage is easy. I have never strayed nor would I, I have everything I need at home. She's truly my lobster.

Why would I wanna stray...whole point of finding someone for life is so I don't wanna stray... I'll take a peak at the menu once in a while....that is fair game...but no farther.

Why would I take a nibble off the appy cart when I can go home and have a full course meal, not to mention a late night muchie craving :p

Seriously If your wife doesn't put Lead in your pencil after a dozen years....well spice that shit up...lol

Be nice to your wife, communicate, and you just might be surprised....

11yrs married, with a few before that living together etc. etc....

Oh and for u guys in your 30's with toddlers around....it gets better :) Odds are ur wife is Tired and just needs a bit of TLC never mind the bc pills that mess with their hormones....

wait till u get snipped and ur wife goes off the pill and the little ones grow up a bit..... Plenty of chasing around the bed lol...and u will look forward to the days when your wife comes home swinging a lingerie bag with her latest find..I know I am..bwhahhah

Married 34 years.

I've always been faithful, because I believe in treating others as I would like to be treated.

As for how we've stayed together this long? The missus is a very patient woman.
