This my friends...is the most satty C99 I have seen, its from Moscas gear, and is the closest to true pineapple pheno I have seen, smelt in a loooooong time (I got cuts of her fam.....heh )

You could #1: Fully harvest the plant and completely lose it
OR #2: Harvest her to about 75% or so and leave green buds on her and start back onto a LIGHT veg nute regimen. After few weeks you should see new growth. After some new growth has occured, root prune her and provide some fresh medium... VOILA, new mommy
Is a bit more work than reg mothers and you have to have a sensitive hand, being the root system at this point will far exceed the mostly harvested plant's requirements. But is the extra work worth the reward??? From the way you talked about it, I'd say it sounds like it.

I would LOVE to save this girl! Prollem is she is one of the burn/stretch/almost die group from the move. So she is 5ft tall, and the 20in bud on top is ALL there is growing. NO fan leaves, nothing...are you guys saying I could still get her to toss out a few somethings at least to get some cuts? I would love to do this, as I wanna get this cut out to everyone....truly one of the most gorgeous plants I have grown.
Imnot, IF you dont mind...could ya pm me a lil detailed exp. on how to save her? Do I NOT cut the rootball back when I toss her back in veg after chop?

Rather than PM, I'll share these thoughts here so everyone can benefit...
Save the root pruning for AFTER you see new growth for a while. It is stressful enough on the plant after harvesting most of the buds that you want to avoid any more stress. But that's why, as $mike said, you MUST be vigilant in avoiding over watering. There doesn't even need to be much fan leaf, just leave a quantity of bud on the plant that will help to support photosynthesis.
Again, at this point Over watering will be your biggest enemy. Use a light touch and weigh the pot because the limited foliage after the flush doesn't support much fluid uptake.

Well, after playing with the mighty collection of "elite cuts", I am popping some beans.
Today I tossed the freshly gifted Lemon skunk x bogglegum x C99
And the rest of Shanti's testers. (I want to find that hazy pheno)
Once these pop and get comfy, I will drop in some more.
I figure since I have a big seed collection I might as well pop a few. See, I love collecting seeds. All types. Private stock, Commercial breeders, all of em. I pop a few here and there and save most in the vac-seal.
I will eventually pop all that I have now as the stock will rotate and we all will make beans.
Just wanted to tell somebody. I am somewhat excited as I havent done much seed popping. I hope to find a really special girl or two.

i hear ya fam....thats why I keep 4-5 "elites" (I try em all, only keep the REAL good ones that pertain to MY med needs) and the rest of my runs are always seed. Shit, I ahve started over 50 varieties this year alone, and only have 8-9 moms...lol. I do cull a lot, but you do find some serious gems in seeds man...
hell, EVERY elite was a bagseed or super-rare/recessive pheno of a pack o beans...
