Eygelshoven, Kerkrade, Venlo, Roermond, Weert, Tilburg, Eindhoven… is there a good coffee shop in Limburg district welcoming foreigners?

I'm not Dutch but through my travels i visited a lot of provinces and cities and wanna share my experience.
Eindhoven has a few good shops with a wide variety and fairly priced. You will find what you're looking for but can't remember a name of a shop, that's how good it was.
Been to Tilburg frequently and would recommend "Toermalijn" for what you're searching for, good quality and Cupwinner. "DeMuze" is my favourite shop and "Level013" is also worth mentioning because you can sit down and smoke a joint there which is very rare. Avoid "Pasja" since their Blueberry Haze reeked like RedBull and their new hashes and Iceolator look better than they are. The prices are low compared to other shops that's why there's often a waiting line of younger adults haha
I could rant more and name shops to avoid but i wanna stick to the topic.
All the cities and shops mentioned do sell to foreigners and have classic weed/hash and the Caliweed, Iceolator, Bubble Hash, Rosin, Moonrocks, you name it lol. You just need an ID for age verification and money in your pocket but you can also pay with card.

I think the major of Tilburg, Theo Weterings, allowed "drugstourism" in his city again since 2019. There are several coffeeshops in the city.
I haven't been to the shop for ages. So better first double check. But Toermalijn (Besterdring 187) behind the railroad used to be a really good one. Next to the station you'll find the grasscompany (piusstraat 124).
