Extremely Stable Euphoric Strains

G

Guest

Im with VH. the MLI is happy.
1 pheno of the star can be, others no.
Mikado can be happy

Columbian Gold is the happiest weed Ive ever smoked. Side splitting. I have smoked several himilayan strains and all have had a euphoric effect.

Here's some young Sensi MLI's at 7 1/2 weeks - 4/5 beans popped, 4/4 girls, damn! Wanted a boy in there but will have to settle on some Hashplant or Blubonic pollen for 1 of these girls. Never smoked it, but can't wait!

Well what about strawberry cough from Dutch passion?

Says it is a euphoric high that's good for anti-anxiety... never tried it.

what about it? (no offense whodi :friends:,, say what we think that's all)

It smelt like a coffeebar (not coffeeshop),, pleasing,, but was kind of flat and un-exciting on smoking. Musky,, head-down,, not up,, indica hybrid thing going on.

Maybe someone else got a different effect,, we're all different afterall,, but Strawberry Cough is mid to late day smoking,, not early morning lets do stuff type of dope (IMO)

Hope this helps..

Festive well-being to all :joint:

I've smoked strawberry cough on a few occassions, I found it to be one of my worst smoking experiences. From what I remember it had a metallic taste, the high started off up and happy, very high, followed by extreme paranoia, so much so that I had to turn my car around and go home because I got so sketched out. This was not fun weed, but maybe it was just a bad sample.

It wasn't that bad.. sounds like a bad trip from where you was at,, but yeah  (thumbs down) ,, t'was a pile of wank overall!!

Rez's Strawberry Diesel did the genetics much more justice,,

Peace bless

Hey GroDoc,

I checked out your angledust and it looks pretty good

I was wondering what kind of smells and taste is had? and how little the yield it since you said commercial growers hate it? Like why is it so low?

Thanks

I'm not growdoc... AD smells and tastes like petrol,, 1-1.5oz per plant... the metabolism is fast!!

Hope this helps

Petrol as in gasoline? Haha I'm not sure that sounds appealing to me DOCLEAF

How long of a veg from clone does it require to get 1 to 1.5 ozs?

I posted a short report on the AD I just grew, over in the Seedbay/growdoc/rafes thread

My plant was from seed, and to me it does not have a petrol smell. It may be interpreted as a fuelish smell I suppose, or maybe a hint of something that would remind you of solvent. But nothing overpowering at all.
In fact, it is very mild in the smell dept, compared to the stinkers.

Many AD plants smelt like lighter fuel / petrol over x100+ .. as we said before:

Tip: Allow those female Angel Dusts to mature naturally (without topping) to bring out all that petrol in the aroma... This way AD becomes like a two-hit-wonder,, some of the best dope we ever smoked in fact,, honestly,, x3 spliffs in one day,, (when we got a fat sac of erbs),, is a personal record these ends

The reason we mentioned AD on this thread wasn't to do with the smell,, it had more to do with the overall stability when growing and the effect.

Hope this helps..

I read that AD thread and I asked this question, I was wondering if you could answer this.

"Hey Growdoc, I was wondering, Does AD have a high tendency to hermie under light stress or will a female never show nanners like A11 or C99 or rarely hermie?

And are the females also autoflowering or is it just the males?

Thanks"

The lone AD female I had did not show any preflowers at all w/36 days of veg.
4 males showed stamen clusters at about 20 days or so of veg.
At 26 days veg I collected viable pollen from two of the males. (this is an excellent trait that can be very beneficial)
One male hermied when put into 12/12. Very strange sight.

On the hermie thing...
AD is an IBL. And as such probably contains the genes that most plants carry, which includes the gene to cause the hermaphrodite. But the strain is stable. And being stable, IMO, means that there are true breeding females as well as true breeding males to be found.

The "hermie tendency" strains would be the pollen chucked multi-hybrids, where the proper care to find true breeding stock was not taken.

overmind1632: the S.ome P.lace E.lse C.rew saw immature male flowers in AD,, but very few seeds produced because flowering is fast.. (we noted 1 in 500 full expression hermaphrodites in BD line only), but never saw a full on hermaphrodite in AD line at 24/0 veg and 12/12 hours bloom under strict light cycle. who knows what may happen under stress ? not us

hoosierdaddy is right  the males always showed up first at 3-4weeks in veg. funky  just around the time they needed re-potting

GrowDoc's Angle Dust finished very quickly,, harvested at 55-60days easy,, :joint: The best sample we ever tasted came from other growers and was harvest about 65-70days when the oils had matured... :canabis:

this bud tasted like bbq firelighters or spilt petrol,, for sure

hope this helps :joint:

LOL...you won't be disappointed, mex.
The top tail grows with authority and is very dense.
I have been toasted for two days on AD. I am reveging her and will let her stay for awhile. :)

Oh btw...
I wanted to mention that I let her go for almost a full 9 wks. Lots of amber on even the lower buds. Very nice stuff indeed. A bargain.
