I already used this guy so I'm plucking the flowers off before they make any pollen. When I bred this male he was only making green flowers so its nice to see the later buds growing in how they're meant to.
Does it make a difference if I used the earlier green flowers for pollination if I want purple flowering plants out of the seeds?

I've wondered this as well.
Also is there a difference in using the early pollen in regards to harvest time? Even though it's from the same male, can I influence the offsprings harvest time just by using the first pollen that shows instead of later pollen from the same male plant.

This is most definitely not possible with cannabis. I wondered though if it's possible for other plants, but most definitely the answer is still no.

No the genetics are set doesn't matter the color of the flower.
