Expert opinion needed

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this diagnosis.
I think it is either thrips or aphids. I did have the honeydew on the leaves but do no longer.
On the underside of the leaves where the yellowing and brown occurs there are definitely eggs present.
Also, not too sure what is going on with main stem, if anything.
Plants have been flowering for a month now and growth has stagnated 100%.
I have been alternating Safer's Insectiacidal Soap, with Neem Oil and Safer's End All every 5 to 7 days. Nothing has been flying around as far as I can see. Temps are running between 80 and 90 with CO2 injection at 1500 ppm. Humidity 50%
Don't know what else to tell you.
Thanks for your help.

Those come from the top to middle part of the plant? How close are your lights;mites leave white spots and thrips leave stripped white areas.

THat looks more like light burn to me than anything else 90 is pretty hot man; you should try to keep her under 80 F if al possible. how much lighting are you using?

Hey MnS, thanks for the response, but I don't understand what your first sentence means. Does what come from the top to middle part of the plant?
I am using 2 x 1000 watters for lighting. I understand that 90 is pretty hot but due to the location of my room and unseasonably warm temps I have a hard time controlling them, that is why I added the CO2. The lights are 6 inches from the tops of my tallest plants and about 15 inches from the plant that is showing the leaf deformity pictured. Temps will cool more since we are back down to seasonal temps.
The picture of the stem is the bottom 1/4 of the plant and the "scaling" for lack of a better term decreases as you go closer to the top of the plant.
All help is appreciated!

Cheers,
Fiskars

No that is not what is wrong; what is wrong is you have the light to close to your plant; and when I meant by where did the leave come from; I mean where on the plant; the top part of the plant or middle part of the plant?
Also the strain you are growing seems more indica than sativa; which indicas have less light tolerance than sativas do........

The leaf came from the middle of the plant. It is Legends High End. I find it weird that the underside of the leaf, where the yellowing occurs, is concentrated with some sort of insect eggs.
The stem shot I posted is a Sweet Blue from SOL. They are visibly more sativa but not exhibiting the level of stress of the High End. One thing they do have in common though is they are all in a suspended state of flowering.

Give it enough time and the light will bleach the part of the leaf and the underside; mite damage and bug damage look like whiter not like a tan color. Lookjs like the chlorophyll has been stripped from the leaves.

Anyone else can chime in if they like; disagree? agree?

From my experience that is heat stress damage No deficiency is like that; that is caused by enviromental factors man.
