Smokin Bones No Doubt~~ ATM is the best hands down. I was just over there a month ago and have the bank statements to prove it. I hate losing money for no reason. Plus the convenience factor just adds to it. You MIGHT be able to find one or two exchange shops that will give you the same or close to an ATM transaction, the problem is it just isn't the convenient, and running all the way across the DAM to hit that one exchange shop just sucks when you dont want to do it.
I remember when I was in Italy 2 years ago and thought getting .92 was bad..... It'll come back around though, always does.
