Eulogy's 2.6K DWC Hybrid Part III,Grow N Show

Well folks. this is take III after last two setups were cut short.long story.

anyways its a new year etc etc. going to put all my bad luck from last year behind me and start a fresh.

SO with this thread im going to be short and sweet.

heres a run down.

systems a 4 bucket DWC recirc hybrid. with dripppers and airstones(alinta silicone tubing) in each bucket. mediums lava rock lines are 1/4 feed linesx2 for each bucket,1" drain lines into the PVC. buckets also have Ebb&Flo screens to stop clogging (thanks Blaze ) pinched that idea hehe they are just a bigger waterfarm with aeration.

all control gears in another room for heat.chiller ballasts control bucket/res etc

Vertical Lighting=2.6K 2.2 of HPS (1K 2x 600's) then the fluros.

Sealed room 2mtrsx1.6mtrsx3mtrs high

9000BTU A/C (brand new )
keeps temps 29C

large humidfier with controller and D/humidifer for flowering

RO filter for 0ppm water

Vaportek 4000 for smell
airpumps an aquarium 50Ltr/min ran in 3/4 tubing into the 3/4 sized alinta
silicone tubing (thanks blind date) pinched that too haha.

strains Pure Power Plant

Nutes= aussie brand A&B @700ppms PH= 6.0 CO2=1000ppm RH=70% water temp=22C
+ superthrive
+ ryzotonic
(will replace ryzotonic after transplant transistion over with cannazyme)

Co2 bottled on controller

and yep thats about it.

hey drummerlars! good to see ya neighbour. yes the chiller puts out alot of heat, not so much noise, but more heat. but it aint whisper quiet either

9-THC (sorry couldnt copy and paste the triangle) its a mini hydrofogger. from hydrofogger.com. has a large external res out of shot. works great!


well things looking good 2 days in..plants have responded well.ph and ppms stable.

might add its been a real test for the AC. temps have been in the 40's C..no problems....

well alls well, 4 days in. they have got settled nicely by the looks, all have supported them selfs well, they were a bit shaky when first going in. new growths started to sprout.a nicer green colour has returned, pics were from the 1.3MP shitbox camera, im back to a respectable 5.0MP now


temps stable 29C /25C night PH 6.1raised slightly from 6.0 co2 ppms=1000
res temps 22C 70%RH 700PPMs

might mention i wont be showing any root porn,trying a no light to roots stress managment plan,infact i will be barley be touching or moving the buckets at all letalone peeking up there skirts sorry.i know lots a people love root porn. hehe me included. wil have to wait till after chop chop.im confident the silicone hoses from alita will never clog!and the ebb a flow screens will save the buckets drains from cloggin also.i will be placing thermometers in each tub to observe temps.
