Estonian subforum: little help needed from admins

Hello!

Estonian cannabis-related forum kanep.info was closed and we'd like to migrate estonian cannabis friends (4+thousands) to this ICMag subforum https://www.icmag.com/ic/forumdisplay.php?f=65711

But we need some help with this:
1) Subforums description "teretulemast eesti foorumidesse" is not correct. Please delete it or change to "Tere tulemast eestikeelsesse kanepiteemalisse foorumisse";
2) Estonian subforum is located in the subforum "Nordic countries": as we see it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_countries Estonia is not located in Nordic countries, so please put in in the "National and Other Language Forums"...also it's better for users to find estonian flag from front page of forum (usability);
3) Can You make https://www.icmag.com/est and redirect it to https://www.icmag.com/ic/forumdisplay.php?f=65711 ? Pretty please

4) Rename subforum from "Estonia" to "Eesti (Estonian)".

Hello nahkhiirmees, tere tulemast. The Estonian sub forum was lumped together with the Nordics more in terms of climate than geography. I was against the whole switch back then, years ago, but it still went on. Hope you get yours tho and make the Eesti sub forum a lively one.

We need to make some subforums there.

PS Is it possible to make hidden subforum there that only some people can read it?

Hi propaganza. The Estonian forum doesn't seem to be busy enough for more forums. Sorry, we don't have private forums here. Also we don't make newbies mods, again sorry.

As I mentioned it before (up in this thread), we have 4.5 k users waiting for new forum https://www.facebook.com/groups/rohelised/ (we can't write in FB group about seeds&growing) but we need a decent structure to use this subforum or we can't use it: we have too many users, it means many posts and it needs well-structured subforums ( similar to Greece and Italy.)

...and what about newbie as moderator: I have experience with administration and moderation with different forums (mostly phpBB and Simple Machines) from 2002 and I can handle basic moderations http://web.archive.org/web/20111229014318/http://foorum.kanep.info/ was our (Estonian cannabis tribe) last forum.

Well it's a bit like the chicken and the egg... which comes first?

Let's see some activity and posting there and then we can decide what is needed.

We can't make subforums if we don't see anybody in the main forum...

It's not about eggs and chickens
It's about logical structure for 4,5 thousand users, and for that amount users we need subforums: Seemned (seeds), Taim (plant), Kasvatamine (growing), Teadus (science), Kultuur (culture) and Kasutamine (use).

...but it's OK if you cant do it because of your community's rules, it's undestandable...we'll try to find some more flexible community, maybe we can find some .org.
