Lads, So you to think I should keep them and go for a mad defol day 14 basically keeping the tops and anything that the light is hitting and take some fan leafs off?

I would personally prune and train every day for the first two weeks of flower. It will keep things from stretching out too much from competition. If you wait until day 14-21 everything will have already stretched out beyond what you’d like.

Yeah, I can't be over there every day it's in another location, Anther idea I to add another light into the room and take the tank out but im thinking will adding another light in there be worth the return

I think any day is fine, but if you strip them too early a lot will grow back and it can still get pretty full. It's a lot easier if you know the plant. I have seen plants grow bananas after mad defoliation hehe. personally I would just defoliate everything asap, and maybe do some maintenance after a week. The sooner I defoliate, the more light reaches the (still) developing bud sites. Some yield losses are compensated by those lowers bulking up and becoming dense.
I also would do it with humidity and micro climates in mind... I will gladly lose a bit (IME defoliation decreases yield a bit*) but I will also gain, as I have not seen bud rot or PM on defoliated plants, in up to 60% RH. (The air flow improvement is just too good to pass up)
I would be a little reluctant doing it on unknown plants. But all the benefits outweigh the cons so much that I would do it. It's pretty rare for plants to herm from it. Most plants don't seem to give a flying fuck what happens to them haha.

*caveat: a single cola with big fan leaves may take up 20*20cm, but you can possibly fit 4 defoliated twigs in there. Those 4 twigs may yield the same as the branch with big old leaves.

So some updates,

Decided to space the plants out more i did add another 600WATT light in there but it was getting to hot for my liking plus the electric ring I'm on i would not feel happy with with the extra amps.

I've taken my tank out of the room and at the moment I've had a problem with the pump so I've had to start hand feeding these plants, Today that will change I've got the pump I need and I will go in and finish of the rest of the setup.

Instead of having the Drippers come off the 4mm Manifold I've now gone back to the hole in the tube with LDPE piping, the manifolds I bought are good for a quick setup but they are not big enough for the 4MM pipe to grip on to them so they leak.

I also had one dripper pipe slip off when I wasn't there and get water all over the wall, So from now on I will only use the inserts into the LDPE pipe and then to the drippers.

I want to get the DTW system in there now as the lad has moved out, and there is more space in the room now it's all spaced out. I will get getting this done in the week.

Anyhow I've got a load of pictures to update you with.

U can rotate them in the smartphone (or computer), it seems like it assumes they are all horizontal

Yeah, Phone they are the right way then on computer there not rotate them and then they upload that way.

Will take a look think it might be I need to-do it in pain or something.

Thank you

You can rotate and save with Windows Image Viewer (typically the default app that opens image files). Quick and easy. Paint works too, same concept.
