In an attempt to make sure everyone has even a better time than last year, things are being done a bit differently...and this involves ticket distribution as well. There are a maximum of 20 Expert Judge passes available, once they are all gone, they are all gone. Once the passes are placed on Seedbay I have no way of knowing how long they will last, or if they sell out quickly, or if there will be any remaining tickets 
So we are not taking reservations for them...This is an event which we MUST know how many Expert Judges we have, and, how many sample packets will be required....and all prior to one's arrival.
Phil...are you sure you wouldn't be able to purchase your ticket from Seedbay?
All Expert Judge and/or Guest passes purchased on Seedbay will be held for pick-up at Gypsy Nirvana's Seed Boutique, Singel 163. Passes will be available for pick up by Auction ID # in the shop. However, many folks are planning their trip around the fact of being able to obtain an Expert Judge pass in advance....so I can not predict if there will be any remaining Expert Judge passes available from online sales, so therefore we can not accept reservations.
I'll be getting both Expert Judge passes and Guest Passes, along with the inclusion of activities and rights each pass includes, up on Seedbay hopefully later tonight. There will be 'day tickets' available which will provide admittance into the venue. Day tickets carry no voting rights and are for entry into the venue only.
Perhaps things will become a bit clearer once the tickets are listed.
There will be an official thread about the tickets posted very soon.
