Enough sun in this spot?

Hi guys, I need to move to a different house and I've finally become stable enough to choose from more than only the very cheapest spots.

So there is one on 2 acres of land, good soil, full sun, completely private and an owner who told me to grow as much ganja as I want to. Would be perfect for my breeding projects as the land is big enough to basically separate plants without too much cross-pollination. This is $350 per month.

The second is a beautiful cozy wooden house on a hill overlooking the river and mountains, fireplace, big windows, beautiful basically. But the sun situation is not great. This one is $250. I asked the owner if there are any spots with at least 6 hours direct sun and they basically said there are some spots with sun for plants but we didn't get farther than that.

I have a pic of the only seemingly sunny spot, it faces the path of the sun east to west. Does this look like it would support some

plants? I don't need monsters but I'd like healthy plants for my personal smoke and hobby-breeding.

I love the topical variegated plant in the far corner. That plant tells me you have low light conditions for it to thrive like it's doing. They like growing under the tall tree canopies in the jungles. A good rule of thumb with cannabis plants is to have at least 6 hours minimum of full Sun per day. Some long-flowering Sativa plants need at least 8 hours of full Sun to grow well. Either way, friend let's find out and be sure.

I love the topical variegated plant in the far corner. That plant tells me you have low light conditions for it to thrive like it's doing. They like growing under the tall tree canopies in the jungles. A good rule of thumb with cannabis plants is to have at least 6 hours minimum of full Sun per day. Some long-flowering Sativa plants need at least 8 hours of full Sun to grow well. Either way, friend let's find out and be sure.

My thought as well when I saw the giant pothos,. I'll have to just follow my heart, this place is much cozier for a living environment, the other is a house in the middle of a huge empty area so kinda not cozy in that you need to go through the blazing sun in each direction to get to the front door. I guess it depends on where my priorities end up being. I did have a mango Thai plant that grew a big dense cola in a spot with like 1 hour of sun and the rest shaded by a tree so I'm sure each plant has its own requirements. I'm gonna tour the place tomorrow so maybe there's another sunnier spot that isn't in the pics.

This one is option 2, great for the ganj, less cozy for me and more expensive. 2 fish ponds, many mango trees, aprox. 2 acres surrounding it an mountains on each side. Nice really.

Decisions decisions. Maybe I can go in on rent with a friend, live in the cozy one and grow at the non-cozy one. Like pay 1/3 of rent to be able to grow there and then give 1/3 each plant to the guy living there. That's a possibility. Everyone who smokes what I grow here raves mainly because it all has Flo/F13 genes and that's not super common here yet. Or maybe I'm pipe dreaming. I'll know in a few days.

That house looks cool friend. I would love to live there and go into the forest and live like the Forest Monks. You are so blessed friend to be able to live there. Everything looks so amazing in all the green. I am curious to know if the house is in an orchard clearing or if the clearing is farmland.

It's possible to do that. Thailand is very cheap and if you can navigate the winding trails of immigration you can find a way to stay long term.

The land is surrounded by rice terraces. for about 200m and then mountain jungle. I think it used to be rice too, but it's really abnormally hilly compared to the surrounding fields so I'm not 100% sure. My current place is an old rice farm and the ground is compact clay. The place I just showed has brown, looser soil.

But can't you just imagine lush Thai sativas thriving throughout that surrounding land, landscaped nicely with the hills? I do tend to prioritize my plants over my comfort is what I've learned through the years.
