I recently found out that my workplace hired a company to deal with all their work related accidents, physicals and drug testing for applicants.
the problem for me is that they want to implement drug testing for current employees.
I am in a union, and my job is in the private sector. Anyone with labor relations know if a new testing program has to be collectively bargained? or is it possible for them to implement the test without my knowledge, and i could be tested soon?
