Elvis/Churchbud

Before I go on, I just want to say that this is good weed, but it is also bought commersh (wish I had a cut). I'm sure if this was grown out with some tlc then the results would be even better.

SO here it is, Elvis. This is a New England staple right here. I've bought bags of plenty of good stuff around here. Herer, AK, widow, berry strains, kushes, etc etc but Elvis is a constant. This bud has always been around constantly, and I'm glad, it's one of my favorite smokes.

The bud smells just like frankincense, especially when burned. Ever been to a Catholic mass, yeah it smells like that. The buds are goldenish with many many small trichs dotting it, and they break up very nicely. Dark red hairs abound. The smoke is very very expansive, it's hard not to cough from a decent sized hit. Very strong taste, sort of spicy, earthy, very good. The taste is def. the highpoint of this herb. This high is no slouch though. Very uplifting, good mood herb. This weed makes me feel spacy, but not in a nodding out sort of way. Very good but not the longest lasting. I find this weed to be sort of similar to sour d in that respect. Great high, great taste, but the high could be longer.

I'll try to get some pics up soon, I just got home from work so I'm not up to the task right now, but I'll do it tonite.

I got some Elvis the last time it came through town, my friend just called me up two or three nights ago and said "Elvis is back!" I dunno if I'll pick it up again this time though, funds are tight. It's a hard hitting high, but as you said, short lived.

Here's a picture I took when I got some...

So I just talked to that friend again tonight. He says whenever it's around, the guy that grows it just sells an oz at a time, and he might be able to get a clone. I only had it once, would it be worth it to try and get my hands on a clone?

Does yours look anything like that? I don't even know if mine is legit or not.

Well it sucks that the quality was mersh and not up to her potential... Still though this description you gave on the aroma and flavor is great and now....
