I still think the process is really cool,just not that many applications at present with the current leagality problems..

Your right clones are easy to ship and we do it all the time but,

I think the benifit of tissue culture is that when the dork at customs looks at the gunk in the little vial, he has no idea what he's looking at. not so with seeds and clones. What would be the expence to determine whats in the vial would be beyond any customs agency. The tiny fragments needed for tissue culture would be void of thc, and would have to be tested for strands of DNA?
