Cool: That's why I said to derate

Soilman: I just automatically derate anything below #12 wire as I do mostly industrial and we only mess w/ 20A circuits or larger. Plus I was gettin all my rubber cord from my job, free was no problem for me.

I can dig it,I wouldnt use anything smaller than #12 in my house for branch circutry either.I think if you check standard power cords on 1K HID's its 14 AWG but 12 certainly wouldnt hurt.
