it just makes me feel weird while it is super strong, ecsd makes me feel funky and enjoying it. riri is more indica and gets me wasted in some psycho way. it is psycho weed. did you see eraser head from david lynch? movie? that's how I feel after smoking it. it is subjective though. this is riri diesel x bangi haze, psycho weed versus speedy weed

Hi All,
Did a project a few years ago where I crossed an original ecsd cut that I sourced from a friend who was holding both the ecsd and also had westcoast version, which I never got a cut of.
I crossed ecsd with a variety of males I call OG Purple OG kush, they are 75% OG 25% of a unique purple Mendo kush variety. The crosses came out very well, here pictured below are some of the keepers from a more recent grow.

Always one to criticize Maha. I have been smoking ecsd for more than 20 years, and your cut is beautiful, but it's not the original cut. It looks like a derivative of the west coast cut to me, it has the more chunky whitish haired buds, and more indica traits typical of west coast diesel
You are right my cut is not "real deal diesel" like you are saying(neither is yours) but you are wrong when you say they have nothing to do with diesel, they obviously do, they are 50% hybrids, and they weren't selected for their similarities to deisel, except the tall one in part which tastes like deisel, and truthfully while it may be a bit leafier then the original cut owing most likely to the old school mendo, anybody familiar with Diesel genetics can clearly see that it has deisel in it.
I have my own reasons why I selected the above cuts, and it's not because I was searching for the closest match to diesel. Try to base your comments on content, not on how much you favor the guy who is posting. This thread is about Diesel, it's not about popularity with Maha. Why are you such a bully?

That looks more like the original East Coast fire to me, and less like the west coast version which was reworked for bag appeal.

Seriously Maha, if you can't see the diesel in this cut, then you been smoking way to much west coast, which smokes like diesel, tastes like diesel, a bit prettier then diesal, but it drops you down after 3 or 4 hours, the ecsd not so much. This one pictured has a particularly clear high which doesn't burn you out so bad, still not quite like the original.
Wish I had better pics but I am really a haze man, this stock I created for the purpose of outcrossing to my hazes, but diesel is among my favorite of the high thc types. It's a bit leafy, but not so bad as you are implying.

Hi Chunky pigs, Thanks for those pics, straight fire.
Note, outdoors they look more like mine, this may be because I breed indoors for outdoor cultivation, and I trick the plants into thinking they are much larger then they really are through a series of techniques I use. This helps me with selection. Even though they are only around 5 or 6 feet tall they tend to have morphology and expression closer to that of a much larger outdoor plant.

Yeah, lost mine a few years back, have found some really deisally phenos though, like the one above.
this ecsd x ogpurpleogkush pheno below favors purple mendo, but kind of on diesel og steroids.
