That line about eminem made me laugh so hard I choked. It was great, haven't laughed that hard all day. Usually something at icmag gives me a good laugh each day, though, for which I am thankful.
So who are they going to get to translate ebonics for them? The only people who speak it are either criminals or aren't going to know that this job even exists. Educated black people speak way better than most white people. They tend to want to disassociate themselves with uneducated, colloquial speech. They are the type of people who would be looking for a government job anyhow, and none of them would take that job, I am sure!
