Day 80, first 5 easy's are about ready to come down. Mostly cloudy trichomes with a few ambers.
The 3 plants that are running a few weeks behind are looking solid as well.
I hope to start cutting these this weekend, but the plants will say when it happens.
On to pictures.. A few with the lights off as requested. There is 1 or 2 of the second plants, you can tell which are which by the leaves..etc..

I have a question for you regarding autoflowering strains.
First question is this: Have you ever heard of an autoflower version of L.U.I. (Legend's Ultimate Indica)? Is there such a thing?
If such a version exists then I need some help with a 'Franken-Strain' version of LUI that looks like it 'could' be an autoflower. Really weird strain.................

I actually checked out that strain a few weeks ago. I'm a pretty big fan of the indicas, and with a name like that, I had to look it up.. I think it's from spice of life seeds. It's a cross of 'ortega' and 'sweet tooth'..

I know that auto's get ragged on quite a bit, but the auto game has changed. There are some solids now, and I can say that the smoke from the easy ryder is nice..

No - not at all. I was not trying to rag on autoflowers - a deal I know NOTHING about.
Here's the basis of my original question.
I was gifted some seeds several months back that were presented to me as L.U.I. and so I grew them out. I had a couple of female plants that were stunning as I would expect given the genetics (i.e. the Ortega Cut [a NL #5 phenotype] and Sweet Tooth.
The original plants did very well. It was the cuttings that I/we took - the screwiest growth pattern I've ever seen in 34+ years of growing cannabis. Everything was goofy beyond belief as in weird leaf growth, stunted and just some of the most bizarre stuff I've ever seen. And the 'yield' from the cuttings was beyond pitiful.
Did I have an autoflower version of LUI?

hmm.. I thought there was an auto version of LUI , but I'm having problems locating..
From your description, that sounds about right for cloning an auto.. It will be the same age as the plant, so if you cut with30 days to go, your cutting will have 30 days of life to do what it will.. I've seen some pretty wild genetics and weird leafs with my limited experience as well.
Because of this, most people who are planning to grow autos regularly often do 'seed runs' in order to get tons of these, as you really can only grow from seeds with autos to have any success.

I may not know too much but I'm pretty adept at taking a cutting and getting it up and running. Except for this strain. I probably wasted about 8 months trying to figure out what the problem was.

Well kids, final update time for the first 5 easy's...
cut down day 83 and day 85. Buds are semi leafy/airy, but decent all around.
Average per plant was about what I said I expected 1/2 way through. These first averaged about 39g per. The last three may be more, as the buds on the main colas are much more dense.
Anyway, I'll update the last three when they are done. 2 will come down by weeks end, and the other maybe a week later.
I haven't smoked much of it, but I can say it's plenty strong.. 2 1 hitters and good to go..1 bong rip and done..but my tolerance isn't off the charts by any means.
High is very heady, and energetic. At the same time makes me not able to think very clearly, and english becomes a second language to mumbling, and smiling for no reason.

Sorry everyone!! I have not been able to post to my account, as I did the dreadful sin of trying to change my email address associated with my account, so I've been locked out for the last week.
I have to log in from a friends account in order to post this update, so my updates will be less frequent.
To any mods, please restore my account username Zendo. I have emailed multiple times, and received no response.
If I get no response guys, I will be moving my grow journal to another site, and I'll update here when that is done.
lol. i'm fatboyOGOF but i did the same thing and now i can't post as fatboy. i realized that the mods don't respond to such problems. such is life.
i was searching for something, read about smart pots and have just ordered 20, 2 galls pots. they definately sound like the real deal. i'm so sick of having no roots in the middle of my soil. if they work, i'll get some 3 galls. i usually finish in 3 gall grow bags and i should have ordered 3 gall smart pots, but i'm very high and just realized that. it made sense at the time.
