Easy Electrical plug in panels?

Hey guys Im not the best electrician and I am pretty hesitant to have a electrician come in to do everything that I need.....even though I will still call in an electrician what do you guys think of these panels time amped panels...

I just picked up one of these which is nice. I plug right into my 30 amp dryer outlet and it gives me 4 outlets for 240 volts + 2 outlets for 110 volt. Each 240 volt outlet you can plug in a 1000 watter. Once delivered to my house I had it installed within 5 minutes which is nice because I have no electrical experience.
