I smoking some now that has been jarred for a month or so and all I can say is THIS SHIT IS CRACK. I for the life of me cannot stop burning up the jars. The taste the smell the HIGH OMG what more can ya say. This strain will forever be a keeper in my Little Garden of Eden.

its wierd......some people show a plant with big, fat caylxes....and some show the sat-dom one that i've got......tiny caylxes and tons of tiny resin glands......mine flowers above and beyond 70 days easy..........i think we may be seeing some of rez's great lines as opposed to the original cut.....ECSD means pre-Rez right?.......the cut he started his company on?.......not SD2.5, 3, ect........i believe his original X was to Soma's NYCD, so that must be where the calxes come from, the Afghani-Hawaiian that is the other half of NYCD.......perhaps people mistakenly passing IBL cuts as originals?......ECSD throws formed sativa spears, as opposed to knobby knots of fat indy caylxes........i guess if Rez IBL'd it peeps might be justified in calling it ECSD.......i call them SDIBL's.........semantics i guess............not trying to start drama!......just curious.......peace yall............nf

I think evironment plays into it a good bit... but I think we would be foolish to think that when cuttings get passed around it is always true to what the name says. Just like if you tell a story to one guy and have them pass it down a line of 10 people, chances are it will be different somehow. Now, we all hope that isnt the case with our Sour Diesel clones

ECSD = SD = chem/dawgx(SSxNL) x DNL... the DNL was a hermie that hit the OD sometime in the 90s... that is the legend that I have followed anyway.

I snapped a quick shot of some cured Sour Diesel... got nuthin better to do, work is slow today I tell you what, there aint no way you can open this jar and not smoke some. Daayyyyyyyum shit smells GOOD.

Yeah, ECSD is related to OG Kush (or Chemdawg, OG Kush was a cutting taken from a
Chemdawg plant and later dubbed "OG kush" by the cuttings owner.) It's one of the parents used in the production of the original ECSD mother.

That's a week to 10 days early. I have taken some at 9 weeks the high doesn't last as long that all I've found. Always happy to see you bro.

Happy to see you too bRO! I was hoping it would still be potent at 57 days cuz i really need some herb for a trip I'll be taking. I'll prolly just chop a few Buds and keep the rest of the plant Flowerin for around 65+ days or so. At least I'll have some OG and Bubba to smoke as well...But really wanted to bring some ECSD with me cuz my homie i havent seen in awhile has never smoked the Diesel.. Peace.~ograskal

I've smoked Sour Diesel and Og kush several times.

I notice that although both are very potent, the OG seems to have a much more euphoric, up high. Especially if harvested early.

Sour Diesel that is prematurely harvested just gives me a slightly psycedelic high with no euphoria. Very shortlived high as well.
