east coast growers thread

ya I said that I wouldn't leave soil behind. now I have 10 bags of fox farms ocean forest chilling in my basement lol..

I'm setting up a single 5x5 tent.. 1000w.. strictly for strain testing..

but now that I got my issues that I had with coco fixed.. damn this shit is just ridiculous.. just straight jamming..

Haha thats funny, ive heard that story a few times now. I aint sayin i wont keep the coco goin' i know im in for a new story yield wise, but Im a born and raised dirt farmer, cut my first furrow walkin behind mules at 5 years old, to me its all about the taste of the earth, thats where the special is. The coco will be fun and more importantly educational for me so im really looking forward to it. Hoping yall will be there for to teach me how to fix my stupid if it goes south, but im feeling pretty confident so far.

here is my mixed clone room being flipped for flower, sorry about the shitty pics I was in a rush. all the plants are in ocean forest soil and been on house and garden nutes under 100hps now

I have a similar battery/atty set-up to the one in your pic. You can place the coil down inside one of those "basins" on the atty, just above the base. Then after a few "dabs" the coil will be sitting in a pool of melted BHO.

Once I get a nice little pool going on, I can get a few hits in a row, without having to re-load it. If you put a wick inside the coil, it works even better, and actually does wick the liquid bho up into the coil.

nice!

ya i've tried several wicking situations but i'm happier with the bare coil even if it means i have to re load each dab.

i don't really like smoking reclaim unless i'm trying to treat insomnia.

i've also made canna ejuice but i don't like the flavor of the liquid. plus to get a gram of rosin fully homogenized i had to dilute it more than i'd like. but it can be put in carts which is convenient i guess.

next i'm gonna get try using some canna terpenes to make a liquid that will wick in a cart.

I'm like a fiend waiting for my next harvest to be done. I'm anxious to see how my coco skills improved. Plus a second go at trying Hempy Buckets.

Was planning on chopping this lady down tonight, but put it back for a few days after I got a look in the natural light. Grew this gal from seed, and she was stout from the start. One of my frostiest plants i have to say. Stank like lemon cleaner until week 7, but has since developed a menthy note at the end that really added some nice complexity to the smell.

Can wait to give her a test, hopefully new years eve.

What strain is that? The look reminds me of a Nebula I used to grow.

I don't think that's ready yet. You can tell by how it reflects light back at the camera those are mostly clear trichs

You could be right big bro but the trics look cloudy under the scoop
But either way im gonna have to run her in a bigger pots just to check
If she was root bound the last run
