I haven’t ran GC yet. From what I've read about it, it sounds interesting though.
heads up guys .. I ran into a rare batch of Black Ghost OG .. I don't know if it is just the 1 plant out of the 7 yet but I will post the test in a week .and try to define if this is a one pheno gold mine or the run of seed it came from .. I don't smoke a lot of indicia hybrid but I know a top shelve when I see one ...this is 6 stars out of 5 ....just the best OG I have seen in 5 years ... I was doing a mix run of 600 HPS vs 1200 china LED and they are side by side and the LED plant is the one I broke a bud off from when I was doing some clean up work , but this plant has it ....just a out right kick ass smoke ... I was doing the Frankenstein walk .. the first hour .. hard core weed ...
I got these from a seed bank with 4 free . and ran 7 out 14 seeds .. I don't know if it is the full run or just that one plant yet ...
got to test the full 7 to find out but that's going to be hard with this monster ! she comes on smooth and fast and strong and 10 minutes latter your trying to walk it off some .. it a 11 on a scale of 10 ... .
this is about the best 60/40 indicia I have ever seen ! and I have seen some of the worlds rarest ....this is a must have Ghost OG hybrid ... I know I can bring out the best in a strain but this is rocket and will sell out fast ....
I don't plug seed banks . I do know a great strain when one shows up ...
i am not able to keep this strain other then just one mother . i got 7 more seed of this batch ... if you got the skills to peak a strain this is a pro level keeper !

It’s flooded here also. Nothing but a bunch of west coast outs that look somewhat decent and smokes worse than it looks for cheap. On one hand it’s harder to get to get higher prices but on the other hand it’s easier to get rid because of the difference in quality. Still getting 26-32 even though it’s trickling out

Pretty good there toxic. I know down in Houston where I left last year they are getting decent cali mids for about 8. Good indoor sees maybe 17-20. Anything priced higher than that doesn't move down there in the Gulf coast. These are wholesale prices. Too many ppl bringing it in from cali and washington.

It’s the f’n middle men doing it to everyone. Don’t let people fool you guys either, the end customers still pay higher prices. Just a week ago I watched a buddy buy a hp of indoor og for 2 a zip and have it all gone for 325 a zip in less than 8 hours. And those people broke it down to 1/8ths for 55. He does that every weekend.

greenhouse on east coast is 13 to 14 all the way up, the light deps are being picked up at 15 and 16 and going as indoors for 19 -21. 1750 - 18 for average indoors is a good ticket right now in new england.

^^^agreed. had some guys from maine bring several lbs of auto mob down 3 years ago to try and get 3k a lb. they got laughed out of the south. thats saying something. these ppl will buy anything down here.

So I was wondering when it was gonna start, and it has already. Canada went full legal. So the natives on the rez are already starting in with the "weed is legal on the Canadian side, and we are having the best stuff you can get shipped in". I can't wait to see some of this "killer bud" . More than likely gonna be beasters with a name slapped on it, lol. Time will tell.
haven't seen that stuff, thankfully. Ime, some unique herb is coming out of maine...theres awesome local cuts and people moving forward with original breeding that has nothing to do with forums and instagram flavors... just like anywhere else, only a small % is really good and even less is great and it doesn't need too go far before it snatched up.
most of the Canada weed around here comes in from Toronto not much from the Kingston area or north C , the Rez used to get weed threw the St L and west enders but that W.E. door is shut and locked down because of the death of a tribe member.. its all on line . my cus is a full blooded Mohawk old school and I am 1/3 Mohawk ...I have a few ears to the loop up here ... that sells 2-3 pounds a day in the hot season and controls most of the northern flo year round .. I know where he gets his top shelve . I do the best I can ...lol ya he is my bro we have run the upstate for 40+ years .. yes that's my last name don't ware it out ....lol you want anything in the upstate that's any good you come to Og city

The market these days is 90% about price and 10% about quality.
What I mean by that is 90% of customers want the cheapest price possible and that is the most important thing to them. The other 10% want the highest quality possible, however they are no longer willing to pay a huge premium for it.
They will still pay 240-300 an oz retail, and 26-32 wholesale, however it has to be really truly top shelf.

also wanted to note, me bitching about where the crap weed around here gets shipped in from is in NO way a reflection of my opinion of all growers skill in whatever given state. i am an example of there being good growers in every state, not just the states that are known for it. but the bad stuff gets shipped to where the least informed consumers are, and that is my neck of the woods.

Nameless is right. I can grow great ganj in any part of the world. Especially indoors! Outside and greenhouse has to be somewhere That has a sunny Dry season. Or better yet Mediterranean long sunny Dry season.
The stuff i did in Maine was the same as the stuff i did in ct and upstate ny.
And my cali greenhouse in cali can contend with just about anything. There it's so much amazing stuff in cali. Just the big middle men don't want to pay.
