Earth Juice nutes and ppm/ec meters

Sup everybody. New to organics and wanted to know if ej nutes read true on ec meters? I overheard somebody saying true organics reads improperly on tds meters

When I first used ej nutes on my plants I had went with a veg mix that took from the 3lb - 1 tbsp grow, 1tsp bloom, and 1tsp catalyst per gal. The mix read about 300 ppm. I kinda thought that since it was organic maybe its reading funny

After using that mix for a while the plants were lacking and struggling so I changed the mix to 1tbsp Alaskan fish fert + 1tsp maxicrop powder per gal. That had a ppm of 800. The plants seem to be picking up altho there is what I believe to be a shortage of -P- from the looks of the plants and in addition to the fert mix being "weak" in -P-

I mixed some more ej nutes today just to see what the meter would read. 2tbsp grow, 2tbsp bloom, 1ml 18% humic per gal. Ppm read 400

I'm kinda lost here so any help would be appreciated. Late

Sup man? I can't help much to answer but I am curious about this as well. I notice when I use pure blend (100% organic unlike PBP)the ec reads true. At least I think it's true. Can you PM me over at the cabana? peace

60% of the actual ppm is what you guys are seeing and that is still an estamite,read the plants which you seem to be doing anyway and youll do fine.But if yer in flower id go higher.My meter reads at 5 or 600 whilst in flower and Im using organics too on amended soil and see no burn so step it up if you wish.

my dirt tested 500 and i see burns, read the plant not the meter its bs unless you have salt based nuts
