I don't know any other place where anyone 18+ can come and buy some herb, pick out from a menu

so, not having that place anymore, I dunno I find that disappointing, I am sure amsterdam did a lot for the herb movement, connect like minded peoples

Hey,

I'd like to give everybody here an update. This is second hand information, so take it with a grain of salt. My friend went to the Treating Yourself Medical Marijuana Conference this past weekend in Toronto. I asked him to talk to a few of the seed vendors to get their perspective on the supposed ban that is supposed to take place.

They state that the ban is being pushed by a Minority Conservative Christian Party. Supposedly most politicians there don't agree with this. The people he talked to from the seed companies don't believe that the ban will actually go through. Even if it does, they are still not worried about it. Why? They said that if the ban is passed that the Mayor of Amsterdam will refuse to enforce it. It's like the ban on mushrooms. The last time I was there about 2-3 years ago you could still buy shrooms. Of course this might be different now.

So I can be way off on this. Who knows for sure? But I would tend to believe what the seed companies told my friend. So hopefully we don't have to worry about any of this.
