Dummy Plug for Gavita 1000e DE 208-240 SL

I need either some dummy plugs, or a wiring diagram that will allow me to make dummy plugs for these lights. I reached out to Gavita(Hawthorne Gardening), and they told me they couldln't help me. I'm currently sitting on roughly 20 lights that aren't functional, and I have another 20 lights that are on the way.

I could use a lighting controller, but the room is wired to not need one, and I'd prefer to just keep this simple.

I tried that, and the light is still giving an error code that said it's looking for a light controller. I have RJ12 ends, and the only thing Gavita recommended is RJ14. I have a cable tester on it's way from Amazon, but I've made thousands of ethernet cables and I'm confident my crimping and wiring was good.

Dummy plugs are RJ connectors with a loopback. The lights have to have a dummy plug to operate without a light controller. That seems like a design flaw to me. So far Gavita/Hawthorne has been extremely unhelpful.
