those two alone make this one helluva fun one to watch, is that daywrecker the legendary original diesel (as opposed to sour diesel)?
lucky duck, if so... either way, if it's chem it's peak hybrid cannabis imo.
I was told that the Daywrecker was probably Loompas Headband…didn’t really know for sure…was excellent smoke regardless…I have since lost that cut…but GG4 never disappoints

Drumz do you have any complaints about growing in CoCo? I've seen yours, Trees, and some of Stars grows (in CoCo) and they all look really nice, but I wondered if there was anything about it that you didn't care for?

I want to get away from soil, but I am fighting with just going Pro-Mix or CoCo....I wouldn't use salts for either though. I would mix a dry fert into whichever I went with.

Mr Canuck actually has a pretty nice system where he uses CoCo, Worm Castings, Perlite, and the Gaia Green Veg and Bloom. His results are pretty good, and it's not complicated. He top dresses about halfway through flower, and maybe uses a tea, but not always.

I don't know, I am just looking for feedback because I know nothing is perfect.

If I may…

What is it about Mr Canuck’s grow that you like? You say he gets good results but assuming you haven’t smoked his flower, what are you considering good? Looks? Yield? Health? Something else?

Well, the health of his plants mostly. I can't really comment on the rest. His yield looks average to low, but he isn't really rocking heavy wattage, and he seems to be messing with seeds a lot.

What I see is a pretty simple system that he has going, and the plants look lush from beginning to end.

I like the automation I have setup with the drippers especially and the quicker time plants react to feeding as opposed to soil based stuff…I also think growth is a bit quicker…Like Tree said wouldn’t want the poop goin through the drippers plus I’m old and getting in there and manually feeding all my plants by hand is not in the cards for me….but it would be interesting to see how organics work in coco…my setup doesn’t allow me to set up a draining system because of low ceilings…I don’t mind the 20 minutes I spend with the Home Depot bucket vac in the flood tables…there is a bit of a learning curve to use coco…The late Dan’sBuds help me considerably in learning the coco ropes…he was always there no matter who you were to give helpful ideas to keep your interests peaked….still miss that guy!!!

So it's day 50 of flower...man how time flies when yer in the midst of a grow...filling my two 55 gallon barrels this am with my tap well water.. which has about 300ppm or .7ec and 8.2 ph...so i gotta take that into consideration when adjusting ec and ph for feeding...so I try to get right around 2.0ec...so on my meter try to get close as I can to 2.7ec normally...but today gonna cut the nutes in half for one week (1.2 or 1.3 ec)...then flush the following 2 or 3 weeks with ph'ed plain water to get all the nutes out of them solar panel leaves...this will make the smoking or vaping smoother on the palate down the road

Great job! Sorry if i intrude in the middle and have not read all your thread. Do you adjust the electro conductivity or pom in a traditional way (vinegar and baking soda), or with chemicals?

Nope I use Advanced Nutrients ph down... which has a very high concentration so I don't have to use too much to get it down between 5.8-6.3...in a full 55 gallon barrel that's about 90ml

Reminds me I need to order a new bottle of ph up. I got some other brand and it takes me 2 ml’s per gallon to get where I need to be whereas AN only takes 0.2 ml’s.

yeah my well water is pretty alkaline like I have stated before...gotta keep my eye on it though cuz it fluctuates from grow to grow and year to year...case in point to get the ph in good range last indoor grow I needed 100ml in 55 gal. to get it down around 5.8...this grow it's more like 80ml

Guys wouldn’t vinegar do the trick? Just asking🤣
yeah maybe we can ferment the leaves then and turn it into weedkraut :ROFLMAO:

Matter of fact I got brother and sister in law (The Outlaws) coming in from Dunkirk NY this weekend for 90 Proof's Grand Opening performance @ The Boar's Nest 414 tomorrow night...gonna be a freakin zoo in there I'm sure...anywho got a 10lb. pork butt with my fermented homegrown sauerkraut a huge sweet onion all sliced up and 3lb. little baby yellow taters in a covered porcelain pot in the oven set at 300 degrees slow cookin for about 6 hours...and that's gonna be dinner tonight and the neighbors will be here as well...eight of us at the dinner table will put a good dent in this meal!!!!!
