We got lucky with when our current PM wanted to get elected his first time. He promised to legalize mj. And much to our delight he actually followed through with his promise. The other major party would have put it into committee for another 20 years but he had a majority and jammed it through - which, of course, greatly helped him with election #2. Now he is facing #3 but he no longer has the MJ allure.

over here a couple of parties say okay to weed incl. one of the two bigger ones - but this party is a total disaster (they wanna raise taxes inspite of the pandemic) and in all cases it´s all just talk to lure in voters anyway. None of them have a sensible concept for it either from what I can tell.
the one party that is better for the economy and thus businesses clearly say NO to legalization.

I am a licensed medical grower and I don't sell anything i grow. I retired and living well.

It's funny because I grew for 25 years before trudeau and never saw a bust.
A good friend who happened to be over his plant counts got busted recently and he might see several years due to Trudeau;s changes to the criminal code. He is getting charged with thousands of seeds at one seed equals one gram. He has taken a line of credit on hic condo so he can pay his lawyer as weed certainly isn't paying legal bills these days. So far since January's bust he is facing charges in the Trudeau imposed 14 year sentences..... 3 of those and some other charges. He has spent over 30grand in legal bills and isn't done yet.
He's fucked.
No one I know that was busted before Turdeau ever saw these kinds of charges for what was a small 2 light spare bedroom grow and he had 12 plants and a big box of seeds.

I think anyone voting for trudeau or jagmeet is ridiculously blind to the truth.

pretty sure there was always money getting meth/fent to the indians and then also running a charity that helps indians "beat" addictions and then you double collect from the tax payers
