I ran similar hydro system a few years back and had a similar problem, you mentioned you had a few fungus gnats.Some of my plants were wilting worse than yours, but most recovered after treating for gnats.The hydroton allows great access to the roots for those little bastards.

Ok, I have done everything suggested and they're still droopy.

There is plenty of air coming from the airstones and the water is recirculating 30gph per bucket, the water level is 1'' below the netpots or so... I'm killing the gnats (I can see the decline in their population,) the roots look healthy....

Ideas? I gotta throw em into flower in a day or two and I'm worried they'll never pick up...

Those gnats will cause problems dude; get rid of them completely they do lots of things wrong to the plant; that is the only thing that is left to do :)

I am killin em off hard Stitch! :D

I got nematodes and einstein oil for the damned thrips... I'm gonna veg em for another week too so hopefully they start to pick up around then.
