Just coming up to week 7. Not much to report really. Her growth is steady and resin production is going nicely too. Some cultivars will be coming to there end in nxt few weeks. I'd say DrG is hlf way....

Coming up to week 10 on Sunday. Thought I'd give it few weeks before my next post as she is slow to put on bulk. The resin production I'm very happy with. Still need to dial the feeding regime tho, as she did start yellow a bit earlier. Another 4 weeks for this girl I reckon. Smells like heavy pine and citrus. Very sticky, and some impressive density to the flowers considering its a 'pure satvia.

I forgot to post the lineage at the start. From what I read it's a pheno of senior Garcia. The x according to seedfinder is oregon purple Thai x with Panama red.

That's what's in the seed pack I got from barneys. Of course the plant I'm growing is either an S1 or another plant in my room shot a lil bit of pollen and created a new x. Either way a happy accident.

She's sitting at day 80, just past week 11 and looking good. The bracts are swelling nicely the resin is ripening. Smells like ripe citrus and pine oil. The resin isn't greasy more tacky and sandy. I was potentially thinking she will run for another 40days, but the ways she's looks it might b half that. We shall see.

Coming up to day 95 for this dr grinspoon. She has filled out nicely, and smells more of citrus than pine right now. She has produced a good amount of resin from what I can see and look to be not a bad yeild either.

AC Infinity seems to put out some real quality products so I would imagine their fans to be a step above the other vendors but I can't help but mention that over at Amazon Hurricane sells a two-pack of their 6" clip-on fans for $21.00 and they are definitely more solid than the other white clip-on fans out there. Beefier clips, plastic/metal cage instead of all plastic and quiet to boot.

Appreciate the link bud. The thing with these fans is that they oscillate. Trying to find a quality 6inch oscillating fan was proving to be difficult. So far I've got nothing but good things to say about it, apart from the price.

Re the Dr Grinspoon. She came down today day 98. I hang for 9-14 days, then if shes almost there I jar it. I keep a close eye on her for the next week popping the jar, trying little nugs to see how see is smoking as she starts to cure. I reckon after about 3 weeks she starts to become perfect. I'll post some dried nug shoots when she's all good.

excellent grow from start to finish.... love to know how she smokes ...i would also love to know what has changed from the original grinspoon offering ....if i was a betting man i would say its been outcrossed or a reproduction using different plants from the genepool that just simply don't produce perl phenos ...love it if barneys was just honest about it

i do have experience with this strain .....and i believe something has changed

hi there thought id do a mini grow on the 10 pack of dr grinspoon iv been growing ........ i ended up with 7/10 ... so seeds had probably been on the shelf a while ! out of the 7 only 2-3 have the possibility of been grinspoon phenos .......... the other 5 seem to have standard sativa...

Great thread, thanks for posting. I grew just one grinspoon a couple of years ago and got the feather duster pheno. It was ok but I have better so reluctant to try my other seeds (5 left), but after seeing this maybe I will.

I just harvested a couple of DGxAsianBeauty one 13 and one 14 and the smoke is real nice.

Cheers. The smoke was light and peppery, with a slight citrus back note. No shity fuely or dank tastes. The effect was pure head. No lethargic couch lock.
Perfect with morning coffee. Quite a speedy high. A clear high too that let's u focus. Great for strenuous manual labour as it doest relax the muscles too much or make make feel sleepy.

Starting material. 170 and 74 micron screens.

The end Result.

This was first real attempt at making static shift. Imo it turn out pretty good. It is by no means 99.99% but it bubbles beautifully and taste lovely. The high is very very stimulating and great if u got work todo. I'll definitely be making more in future.
