Hadta stop in and give respect where it`s due.......My setups were 3-600 bare bulbs on top of each other with fan underneath and major extraction and air exchange ......Top fed once a day though but in bigger containers.......

Tell me bout the rez in the room.........Do you mix up batches every day or do you worry bout troubles with algae ?.....I had green shit on top of my sp`s cuz of the perlite`s juice holding abilities but it didn`t affect the growth that I noticed..........Again........Major respect Krunch........

the Rock - my humidity never gets above 25%, but i do have budrot issues. already found a bud in the sweet pink grapefruit that wants to rot. no dehumidifier, my portable ac takes 5 gallons out every day.

greenatik - ya, i am surprised on how much they filled out!

ResinGoat - your plan is spot on, exactly what im doing. bare bulbs will mean you need lots more airflow, which means windburn for sure...

DHF - thx bro! its weird, but i have no problems with algae. i though i would have problems big time! the res's are filled twice a week, guess its not enough time for the algae to grow.

all the shelves are plumbed back to the rez using 1" pvc. i try not to have any runoff. i use drip clean to eliminate salt buildup in my medium.

man i think this is the kinda setup i want to run for my new grow space. its very narrow so i think convential lighting would be a waste of watts.

where do you get those tubes to put the lights in? do you rotate the plants at all?

mrdizzle - i use protekt to ward off budrot. but a few grows ago, i got silicate toxicity and my plants did not like it. so i use it still but at lower strength, not working good enough.
serenade didnt work for me. i need to find a budrot only product. i have the solution for every other problem but bud rot........

Yes4Prop215 - ive been thinking of doing a narrow and long room like this. with the lights on light movers, maybe 2 banks of light?
i got them from growers choice in san leandro or you can get them at 3rd st hydro in oakland.
i dont rotate the plants. i pull all the branches forward towards the light. works great!

bud rot is a bitch. doesnt really matter the humidity level eithersomeone once told me if you keep the room warm for a while after lights out, the bud wont have that dew point, of a warm interbud meeting cold outter air.

The PK is the only strain I would consider switching my space over to. Something about it is just amazing. Demand is off the chain as well.

wow, how did I ever miss this tread. If it wasn't for your sig KB I probably wouldn't have come across it for some time.

Anyways, thank you for offering this for all to see. It has made me rethink my next and first larger size grow.

If you don't mind I did send you a pm regarding this 6k setup... I am doing my research on vert setups but maybe you can help me out with the few questions I have. I am serious considering changing up my plans of flood and drain sog setup.
