I am surprised how much the buds of the Cripple Creek resemble my Hummingbird Hybrid at this stage of growth, can be seen better in the color images. They both have the Cocoa in them for sure. Anyway..some new pixels today, Cheers, DD

You need to put together a book of just hummingbird and pot shots, bro, that would sell, I bet money on it! the cripple creek looks terrific, in the one pic there are some wavy leaves, was that just a pheno issue or ph flux or something? At any rate, the frigging colors in your garden are going to be terrific this year I'm thinking!!

I have a couple of feeders at my house, and have had 7-8 of those jokers swarming and divebombing each other.

I am convinced if one ran into your head it would stick.

Hi Mr DD,

I dont know if anybody has said this before, but Tom Hill did one called Cripple Creek (Pine Tar Kush x Deep Chunk) years ago. I dont think he released it, but HTC carried on with his gear while he was away. In 2004 Tom gifted me Pine Tar Kush, Deep Chunk, Salmon creek big bud x PTK and Cripple Creek seeds, what a nice man. Funnily enough i have still got the CC in the fridge, the only one i didn't get around to, so every seed run i do from now on, i will try to pop a few each time.....7 and a half years is a long time, so i wont be too positive about it.

I have heard good things about the cocoa kush being great in crosses and have 3 packs of seeds where the the same male cocoa kush is used. They are chocolope x ck, ChemD x ck and RIP x ck, the latter being testers which i hope to get started next week.

Any way sorry to go on, i hope your project is a success.

Welcome Cloneman and thanks for the info. No I did not know that, and if I would have, I surely would not have of chosen the name. Yet I am calling it "Doobies" Cripple Creek -so- I hope that doesn't confuse anyone or offend my good friend Tom.

Paulo I'm willing to do just about anything, but what do you mean by "natural life" shots? These are all under natural lighting, in the garden, live, on my knees with the wide angle, bout as natural as I can get...cheers..DD
