Happy New Year everyone! Been away for a while - sorry for not posting an update. These are the remaining UK Cheese clones I have (3/6) and are about 6 months old. They've been cared for by a friend whilst I've been ill, all he did was water them with plain water once a week under my 250w MH.
Now I'm good again I've taken over their care again and am flowering them under my 600w HPS. They were barely alive a month ago and severely root bound. I transplanted them up to large pots (can't remember the size - think it's 11L) but the all-mix I've used has burnt them a bit too. Guess I should have been more careful after they've not been ferted for so long.
UK Cheese Week 2 flower
Bit too much Nitrogen in the new soil causing them to claw and a few burnt tips.
All of them are 5-6ft and have really thin spindly stems - luckily for me they sag under their own weight and it means I can fit them in under the light using yoyos for support.

couldn't fit them in straight lol)
The CFL is as much for heat as for light for the lower branches. Got some purpling on the stems from the cold overnight temps.
Absorbed the stretch by allowing them to dangle downwards at an angle and then grow back on themselves. Reminds me of willow trees

Had my folks staying for Christmas and New Years so haven't been able to get any updates til now (they've gone), been sneaking in to water them after everyone has gone to bed.
Also took a clone of the Uk Cheese to make a new mum, and have 4 DSDxAK48 and 1 NYCD F2 seedlings all going in the little tent.
Hope you all had a good Xmas and New Years, stay tuned for more updates soon. My last smoke was the stuff on page 8 so can't wait til these gals are done - can't even buy something down here

Hey Sammet, glad to see you are well and back with us. Them girls do seem to be a little wild for sure. They really are legged out, but hey, at least they are still alive, and already budding. Hope you had a very nice holiday season with you and yours. Don't be a stranger
Heya mate - yea they're not pretty ladies but they'll give me some smokeables in the next two months - beggars can't be choosers! I'm just glad they're still alive so I could take clones, the next cheese run will be better. I think the old plants lose a bit of vigour :/ In a few weeks I'll have those seedlings in the flower tent as there's loads of wasted space at the moment. Good to see you still around too
