Have to agree with everyone else. Meat needs to be fully broken down in earth (outdoor soil is best with lots of microbes and worms) before it’s useful to a plant. Many cultures have used a system of burying discarded fish remains with waste plant material to produce very fertile soil, but again, it takes months for it break down. Dried animal poop is good if it’s an animal that eats plants, as the plant material has already been processed.
