More like a drain because my kids always call with some roundabout hints on sending em jars.

Not too sure I believe em, but I know that free beats paying for it any day.
I think they like the toys I put in the packages too. My daughter still has the pic of her wearing her Mouseketeers hat on FB that I sent her.
"Look what my Dad sent me! Saved it for 20 years. Don't you wish your Dad was this cool? Love him to pieces."
My boy got a genuine 60's lava lamp I found at a Goodwill. It has an honored place next to his Buddha vape.
I may not win parent of the century but neither of them ever drink to excess, so I'm pretty happy about that. A lot of my death defying stupid came from too much alcohol when I was younger, so it thankfully hasn't become a family tradition.
